1. Measure the circumference of the forearm 10 cm above the wrist as shown.
As an additional guide, take a circumference of 15 cm from the wrist:
• for a circumference of up to 23 cm the size is S
• for a circumference between 23 and 25 cm the size is M
• for a circumference of 25 to 30 cm the size is L

2. The model is different for left and right hand.
