A custom insole is a product that is fully tailored in terms of design, materials and manufacturing method to the patient’s main complaints. With their physical activity characteristics, type of footwear, aesthetic and financial preferences.
A very important condition is taking a correct three-dimensional imprint of the feet or a precise baropodometric imprint.

Orthopedic insoles currently made in Bulgaria are available in Medical centers or offices. The most commonly offered insole models are 2-4 types and are standardly prepared blanks.
No specific additives, adjustments or coatings can be applied to insoles made using the in-place molding method to adapt the product to your individual condition. As a result, you will receive an insole that is identical in design and workmanship to that of many other patients.
Creating an individual orthopedic insole requires a technically equipped workshop, knowledge, materials and equipment that can offer a higher technological solution. Instant molded insole models are often of low durability under load, ineffective in sports, as they contain a small number of stabilizing elements in their construction.
The express manufacturing method cannot offer the possibility of additional adjustments or adjustments after a certain period of wearing, which is quite important and useful.

After the consultation, an individual imprint of your feet will be taken. With us, this can be done through several technologies – a three-dimensional imrpint in orthopedic foam, a baro-podometric imprint or an imprint through 3D scanning. All methods lead to a successful and correct imprint for making individual Orthotech insoles.
Once your imprint arrives at our manufacturing facility, the fabrication process begins. We strictly follow the instructions of the specialist who examined your feet.
