1. Bend your knee at a 90° angle and measure the circumference right below the knee joint.
Take two extra laps 13 cm above the top edge of the patella and 14 cm below the bottom edge of the patella:
• at a circumference of up to 38 cm at 13 cm above the upper edge of the patella and at a circumference of up to 32 cm at 14 cm below the lower edge of the patella - XS
• at a circumference of up to 44 cm at 13 cm above the upper edge of the patella and at a circumference of up to 35 cm at 14 cm below the lower edge of the patella - S
• at a circumference of up to 49 cm at 13 cm above the upper edge of the patella and at a circumference of up to 41 cm at 14 cm below the lower edge of the patella - M
• at a circumference of up to 56 cm at 13 cm above the upper edge of the patella and at a circumference of up to 47 cm at 14 cm below the lower edge of the patella - L
• for a circumference of up to 63 cm at 13 cm above the upper edge of the patella and for a circumference of up to 57 cm at 14 cm below the lower edge of the patella - XL
