To put on
Pull the pad over the leg so that the protruding element is close to the heads of the metatarsal bones, i.e. at the point where the metatarsus passes into the toes (the ball of the foot). A properly positioned pad should raise the heads of the metatarsal bones (the base of the toes) from II to IV, ensuring contact with the ground at heads I and V.
Washing and maintenance instructions
Keep out of direct sunlight and ensure that the product is not twisted. For gentle washing, use soap or shampoo with warm water. Dry away from artificial heat sources before wearing.
