Size guidelines
1. Measure the waist circumference as shown.
Take an extra lap around the hips:
• If the waist circumference is within the given size and the hip circumference is not larger than the waist by 8 cm, the same size is taken
• If the waist circumference is in the last 5 cm of the given size and the hip circumference is more than 10 cm larger, the next size is taken
• If the waist circumference is at the beginning of the given size and the hip circumference is larger by more than 20 cm, it is desirable to measure in our store

Size guidelines
- Measure the circumference of the ankle, just above the malleoli.
